Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, yeast, salt, and olive oil. Mix well.

3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes on a floured surface until it becomes smooth and elastic.
4. Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap or a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for at least 1 hour or until doubled in size.
5. Preheat your oven to 220°C (430°F).
6. In a separate mixing bowl, combine the tomato sauce, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
7. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to desired thickness and place it on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
8. Spread the sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
9. Add your desired toppings, distributing them evenly over the sauce.
10. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
11. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
