Greeting in Avestan – Here’s a simple one

Here’s a greeting in Avestan:

"Haurvāsē zāta!" (ﻩﺎﻭﺭﻭﺍﺱﻩ ﺯﺍﺕﺍ) – This roughly translates to “May good fortune be yours!”

This is Avestan, also known as vâθēšt (ۋﺎﺙﻩﺸﺘ), the ancient language of Zoroastrian scriptures. Interestingly, only a handful of people worldwide today—mostly scholars—still study and use this ancient language.
