Hello, friend!

Here's my response:

" Halò, a charaid!" is my greeting in Scottish Gaelic, which translates to "Hello, friend!" in English.

Scottish Gaelic is also known as Gàidhlig, and it's spoken by around 60,000 people mainly in Scotland.

Fun fact: Did you know that the oldest surviving Gaelic text is the Book of Kells, an illuminated manuscript from the ninth century?
