– 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or a mix of cheddar and mozzarella)
– 4 large eggs
– 1 cup milk
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Cook the sausage links in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside, slicing them into rounds.
In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute, stirring frequently.
