- Rest and Cool:
- Remove from heat and let it rest in the broth for about 30 minutes.
- Transfer the beef to a cutting board, remove the fat and connective tissue, then slice thinly against the grain.
- Serve:
- Serve the sliced Tafelspitz cold or at room temperature with horseradish sauce and your choice of sides such as sauerkraut, boiled potatoes, and red cabbage.
