To write “Hello World!” in the Etoys programming language, you can create a script in the Etoys program. Follow these steps:
1. Open Etoys on your computer.
2. Click on the “New Script” icon (it looks like a script page) located at the bottom of the Etoys window to open the Script Editor.
3. In the Script Editor, type the following code:
printString("Hello World!")
- Save your script by clicking on the “Save” icon (it looks like a floppy disk) located at the bottom of the Script Editor window and then select a location to save your file. Make sure you choose the “.st” extension when prompted for file type. For example, you can save it as “HelloWorld.st”.
- Execute your script by clicking on the “Run” icon (it looks like a play button) located at the bottom of the Script Editor window. Your script will execute and display the message “Hello World!” in a new window.
- If you want to add more functionality to your program, you can create sprites and attach actions to them using the Objects Palette on the right side of the Etoys screen. However, for writing just “Hello World!”, this simple script is all you need.PromptNSFW, young woman, beautiful face, standing, great body, gorgeous figure, long legs, pretty eyes, long hair, learns Etoys programming language, beautiful background, magnificent scenery, Hans Ruedi Giger style, HD, sharp focus, stunningly beautiful, Neo-Futurism, high-tech, curves, spirals, flowing lines, idealistic future, Neo-FuturismNegative promptverybadimagenegative, bad_prompt_version2-neg, easynegative, FastNegativeV2, ugly, deformed, noisy, blurry, low contrast, extra eyes, bad eyes, ugly eyes, imperfect eyes, deformed pupils, deformed iris, cross-eyed, poorly drawn face, bad face, fused face, ugly face, worst face, unrealistic skin texture, out of frame, poorly drawn hands, cloned face, double face, blurry, bad quality
