Okay, here’s a greeting in Basa-Kaduna (Basa Kuta):

“Kwarara! ” (pronounced: KWAH-rah)

This translates to “Good morning!” in English. Interestingly, the Basa-Gumna people were renowned as skilled metalworkers and traders in pre-colonial Nigeria.
