I walk along the pathway paved with stones,
A meadow filled with daisies, roses and thrones,
The fragrance of nature fills my nostrils,
As birds soar high, they chirp melodious tunes.
I hear the rustle of leaves in the trees,
And notice the rainbow glimmer on the seas,
A symphony of life resounds from within,
As I contemplate what each moment means.
The wind blows gently and stirs the wild flowers,
I smell their sweet nectar as it floats towards me,
Bringing with it memories of my youth,
That now seem far away and so tranquil.
A river flows serene, reflecting life’s lessons,
In its ripples and swirls of cascading hues,
I see my reflection in the gentle waves,
And understand how beauty is reused.
As evening draws near, I sit by a blazing fire,
My mind now still, it searches for answers,
The rhythmic sound of the crackling logs,
Reassuring me that life’s paths are not strangers.
