I am made of nature’s bounty, yet not merely food for human consumption;
A symbol of strength and resilience, I can be found in almost every nation.
From the depths of the Amazon rainforests to the African savannah, I grow wide and tall.
Though I share my name with a city, my existence is far from a building’s wall.
My roots run deep into the earth, absorbing water like a sponge;
In this way, my sap flows as life-giving juice, nourishing everything from the tiniest ant to the largest elephant.
Some people say I look like a giant tree with its branches reaching for the sky, but that’s not what makes me stand out.
It’s my ability to bend and give without breaking, symbolizing flexibility and unity.
Even when some say my leaves represent a currency, they miss the true meaning behind their golden glory.
A symbol of life, resilience, and beauty, I am more than just money or sustenance;
As the world continues to evolve, remember that there’s always room for growth and change, like the wise one with leaves of gold.
