(persistent)

Suddenly, the simulation glitches again, and the lab fills with an eerie blue light. The team looks up to see a rift opening in the air, revealing a strange, glowing creature from another dimension.

MAYA
(firmly)
I agree. We can’t keep playing with forces we don’t control.
ZEPHYR
(disappointed)
But… but what about the Harmonics? We were so close!
JESSE
(calmly)
Zephyr, sometimes you just have to know when to fold ’em. We’ll regroup and figure out a new plan later.
The team begins to shut down the nexus, but as they do, the camera lingers on Zephyr’s determined expression…
