Cayuga Language Greeting & Translation

In the Cayuga language, a greeting is "Ago:ni". Translated to English, this means "Hello". The language's name is Gayogo̱hó:nǫ’ and it is a part of the Iroquoian language family. A short fun fact about modern Cayuga people or those who speak their language is that they work on preserving their unique culture, traditions, and language through various community programs and educational initiatives.
