(cautious)

MAYA
(firmly)
We can’t. This could be our only way out of here.
As they reach for the artifact, the energy surges to an unprecedented level, and the team is transported back through the portal into their own reality.

The team materializes back in their own world, gasping for air as if they’ve been underwater too long.

(breathlessly)

(smirking)
Well, that was fun! Who’s up for some lunch and a debriefing?
The team looks at each other in stunned silence, unsure what to make of their experience in the interdimensional realm.
