Greetings in Sorani, friendly people!

دواره‌تی مهربانی، سۆرانی! In Sorani, it's "Dûwarê ti meherbâni, Soranî!" which means "Hello, friendly people of Sorani!" The Sorani language is a dialect of Kurdish spoken mainly in Iraqi Kurdistan and has over 3 million speakers. A fun fact about the modern Sorani language is that it has adopted many Arabic loanwords due to historical influences from neighboring Arab countries.
