Fold the noodles over the filling to form a rectangular shape, making sure to seal the edges tightly. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
  6. Serve: Serve Ulkoy hot, garnished with chopped parsley and your choice of sides, such as boiled eggs, pickled vegetables, or crusty bread.
